GoogleJames from MAB helped us alongside RMJ to sort out our mortgage on our first home,, we were in a bit of a panic having had an offer accepted but no mortgage broker at the time. James was more than happy to help at short notice and gave us great advice, found products that worked for exactly what we needed and got us a great rate on our mortgage which is easier said than done these days! Would 100% recommend anyone to go to James for help, trustworthy, honest and a lovely guy which always helps

GoogleThe team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Rainham made what I thought would be a stressful house sale run so smoothly. During the valuation Ryan was supportive and knowledgeable of the local areas to ensure we got the best price for our property. The girls in the office kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We decided to use the in house Mortgage Advisor, James, who worked out of hours to fit us in due to our busy work schedules and found us the best rates in this difficult market. Big thank you and would recommend to everyone.

GoogleHi, I am a first time buyer. This was my first house and we'd like to thank the team at the Rainham office for their excellent service espicially Nina Nash. I dont even know the process and I thought I need to stuggle a lot.. But the team was very helpful from the initial state of the process from booking a viewing (Thanks Joe). I have a couple of viewings booked and Once I liked one property and my offer is accepted.. I was represented my Nina nash. I even dont know the process and stages in process. I was given guidence in each pahase and all my doubts were cleared at each phase by Nina. She is so patiently explained each process even when I asked multiple times and differnt options. GoogleFrom the very time of viewing a property through this team, they have been nothing but magnificent. Initial property viewed there was difficulties, that the team attempted to resolve. On viewing our next property they knew the issues, and have literally done everything they can to assist. Nikki from first interest in the property, communicated as soon as viewing slots were available. Ellie on viewing day, was so knowledgeable on the property, but was not just a job for her, she made us feel so relaxed, and every step of the way, she would let us know the previous issues had were resolved went above and beyond with those details, that helped so much. On referencing and the checks, Stacey has been such a pleasure, a million questions, and she always answers with the same emotion. The team have been unbelievable and I cant put in to words how much they have helped me and my partner. All of them are a credit to the company, and we will always be forever grateful. Any housing needs this is the team to go to
