Hi ive just moved out of loughborough it was really stressful As most moves are. Trudi and Meena were our points of contact at Leaders. I'm giving 5 stars for the staff of Quorn because i think they are under massive pressure to deliver under a pressured system That they HAVE to use to process the moves paperwork..involving docusigning and not knowing a definite time when the keys will be handed over..Advice for all tenants i would say ALWAYS BOOK THE REMOVAL THE DAY AFTER YOU GET THE KEYS FROM THE AGENCY I ASSUMED I WOULD RECEIVE THE KEYS IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE HAD SIGNED but that is NOT garanteed.. we were lucky Trudi and Meena took on board my huge stress levels and went the extra mile! Leaders branch staff 110%!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Really unhelpful. My first flat and no assistance whatsoever. They took their referencing fees from me with no delay or hesitation though. They didn't even tell me there was a code to access my building. I was stood outside for a good half an hour before someone let me into the building I had just paid to live in. I had to chase everything up with them constantly. You expect the agent to show up to show you around the flat for the first viewing, but no.. I again had to call them and they had double booked the agent. Luckily the previous Tennant was in. The first time i actually saw anyone was the day I had to go and collect the keys. They put through 2 applications to the lettings hub so I was harassed daily for things I had already submitted. Is there actually someone in charge there? Really bad customer service. They never apologise they just try to justify their actions. Or lack of I should say. Really, try to find a home somewhere else. Try to avoid dealing with this branch of leaders where possible. Verrryyyyy disappointed. Hopefully I don't need to speak to them again until I move out.

Renting a new property with leaders as of next month, the whole process has been hassle and worry free start to finish thanks to Emma and Amy whom i have been dealing with. Always very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Consistently timely in response to any questions or queries regarding the rental property and process which can often be long winded and frustrating (from previous experience) I expect this to be ongoing throughout the tenancy and would recommend Leaders to any potential tenants if and when given the opportunity.

Really impressed by the service I received as someone who had to step in to act as a landlord to assist an elderly parent. All business to do with the outgoing tenant was dealt with effectively. Various issues with the property sorted (I live some distance away so could not deal with myself). A new tenant sourced, checked, and happily moved in very quickly. Thanks especially to Temaera.
