I’ve had a few experiences of letting agents around Loughborough but I can’t speak highly enough of Leaders. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on what was needed. This made it a seamless process, and took a lot of the stress away. By far the best choice we made was to let a house with Leaders. A big thanks as well to Rhiana as she was brilliant.

If I could put no stars I would. Horrible experience, knowingly let an inhabitable properly with lots of mould, unfinished buildings and no electricity! Did virtually nothing to help and dragged their feet. Amy is focused on money rather than ensuring the properties they let are suitable. Never again

Viewed a house to rent on the Friday. Said immediately that we wanted it & was told to call back on the Monday & go through the application process. Called Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to say that we really wanted the house & what is the next step. Called again on the Friday to chase them up & was told they would be in touch. The following Monday it was listed as ‘Let Agreed’ on Rightmove. Extremely disappointed & frustrated to say the least. Didn’t even get a courtesy call from Leaders to apologise. Customer service at this branch is shocking. I wouldn’t use Leaders again & definitely wouldn’t recommend them. Huge waste of my time.
