I have been in a rough situation where I have lived in 3 different flats in Leicester City Centre over the past 2 years. I widened my search to Sileby/Quorn/Loughborough etc so came across Leaders. I viewed a couple of properties online with them due to Covid, and they always did their best to send me videos quickly to make a decision. When I came across the place that I am now living in, it was the stuff of dreams for me. I've dealt with three different members of staff who have all been very patient with questions I've had. I have had a traumatic time with moving home a lot, so I needed to be certain this place was right. There were a few cosmetic details which needed fixing up, which they arranged with no fuss. They even left the keys with the Loughborough office, so I didn't have to commute from Leicester to Quorn on buses to fetch the keys. They've been very good so far.

We are currently moving into a Leaders-managed property in the Quorn area. The process, led by Danielle with Teesh and team has gone well, they liaised well when handling the documentation requirements of a centralised system. The inventory description is detailed and Danielle has been pro-active in dealing with the snags and misunderstandings that can arise, including negotiating with Landlord a minor variance in moving in terms. Had an excellent experience dealing with Leaders in Quorn especially Ben and Teesha who were extremely helpful and professional helping me finding and securing a rental property during the hight of the corona virus pandemic. As a resident of a different country this was made a much harder effort and other estate agents in the area were less keen to accommodate while Leaders helped every step of the way. This agency has great customer service. They are very responsive via email and phone and always helpful. Thanks to Tom Docherty who initially responded to my query. Amy was great, assisted in finding a perfect letting for an old family member who was moving to the area after a long time away in an extremely small village in northern Scotland. Amy understood all the requirements that we were looking for, many of which were essential. Don't deal with them. Highly disappointing. Firstly most of the fees and the rules are only told after the initial payment. We were told we need to buy insurance, for the house we not even properly seen. Then once keys are given you find out that agency has no responsibilities for anything. (They also lost the second key set) Your there on your own with the landlord. You pay directly to the landlord, and when desired the landlord will come into your house and tell you to cut the lawn. To mop the floor, and what should not be in your house. Which is highly unpleasant, because if we wanted to pay directly we would have used Gumtree (which is cheaper) and you will not need to pay the agency fees each time (£600)
