We recently moved from London and after viewing many properties and dealing with different agents we came across a house through Leaders and arranged a viewing with Mary. She was incredibly helpful and an effective mediator between us and the landlord throughout the process. Mary was patient with us, answering our many questions and multiple phone calls and her communication was excellent throughout. I think it’s fair to say that estate agents can sometimes be very hit and miss but I would highly recommend Leaders and Mary if moving to the area.

I was nervous at first because this was my first time moving with leaders, I’d heard nothing about them before. To say the least Leaders estate agents are kind, reliable, helpful, not one question was left unanswered. I was put with Hamiary to help me move into my home and he is one of the best people I have ever worked with, he knows exactly what he’s doing and if he isn’t available he always got back to me when he was, via email or phone with ANY concerns I had, I will definitely be going with leaders anytime I have concerns, and Hamiary is the guy to rely on!

Been with Leaders for 4 and a half years and honestly, they’re brilliant. Any issues we’ve encountered with the flat we’re renting, they get right on it and help get it sorted. Also extremely grateful for how patient they are with us adjusting inspection appointments as both myself and my partner work in jobs where shifts can change last minute from emergency call ins. Would happily recommend them as the team are extremely helpful and friendly. They try their best to accommodate needs and requirements. Absolutely brilliant.

Every time I reflect on my family relocation pursuit and how we managed to settle in smoothly with a remarkable experience when compared to the stories of other families I know of and heard, I feel very grateful for engaging with Leaders Quorn in sourcing my new home at Mountsorrel. The team, and specially Temaera was very amazing throughout the process from the viewings to contract issuance. The part that got me delighted most was the understanding and help in mitigating the challenge of limited network access and no phone calls follow up as I had to travel out of UK within the period. The communication was top notch despite being remote at some point. In addition, the support for other amenities that aided easy settle-in is commendable. I feel very good to recommend Leaders Quorn.

Due to a relocation we needed to rent our lovely home. We were keen to find an estate agent we could trust to find a tenant and look after our property. Ben and Ham from Leaders have been exceptional throughout the process. They kept us well informed whilst showing high levels of consideration and respect towards potential tenants. Ben personally managed viewings wherever possible and Ham was proactive in the background both with respect to arranging viewings, providing regular updates and progressing all the necessary checks. The team at Leaders Quorn standout for providing a professional, straightforward service. They simplify what can be a complicated process for landlords and tenants. Can I say a particular thank you to Teesha Brown. I completed Work Experience with the company guided through Teesha, lettings manager. She showed me everything I need to know from the systems, to the lettings process. I was really impressed and feel a lot more knowledgeable than I did previously. She personally is very polite, mannorable and funny. Not to forget knowledgeable. On another note apart from the work experience every client that called was offered a really personable service. She provided a brilliant and easy experience for everyone, whilst also guiding me through everything. In my opinion, letting with Tessha and her team would be the most easy process as they are a really good close knit team. They are extremely dedicated as someone even came in on there day off ! That's the extent they go to provide a brilliant service. Once again thanks Teesha for providing a great experience and providing me with the necessary knowledge.
