I am relocating back to the UK with my family after a number of years overseas, and our biggest stress has been not just finding a place to live but all the stress of managing the process of finalising and trying to do that remotely from overseas. A huge thanks to both Hannah and Charlotte who have been amazing in taking care of this all seamlessly and really quickly. The constant and timely communication from both has been excellent and its been a huge peace of mind for me and my wife and we're really grateful for how easily this has been turned around.

We have just sold our flat with Frost and we couldn't recommend them enough. From the outset, we felt that their knowledge and advice was of a much higher standard than other agents we met with, and this ultimately transpired to us selling our flat within the first month of it being on the market. The communication throughout the whole process was brilliant, we never felt the need to chase for information as we were fully updated regularly (twice daily near completion). We'd like to particularly mention Ryan and Lee who were both a pleasure to deal with and very honest which we really valued. Should we move again in a few years, we wouldn't hesitate to use them.

In the current times when house prices and rent is going up, buyers and renters are at a disadvantage. This carry forward unfortunately into “take it or leave it “ responses from estate agents. However Frost was a breath of fresh air after the rude responses from every other ones I had a chance to interact for my move into the area. They treat you well, interact politely, keep you informed and help you through the process. My take is that they deal with people and not numbers. Strongly recommended!!!
