William is a liar , he had ruined my whole stay, he has been nothing but no help and lied to my face. He was meant to send a company to remove dirt and leaves from a drain 3 times and he didn’t so my flat got flooded. He then told me if I had receipts he could replace or refund the items. 8 months later he has been 0 help and denied refunding the items. I’ve never seen anything this disgusting before. Would not recommend using this company.

Recently moved into a new property with Frost. I have to say it was such a pleasant experience for us compared to the experience we had with Your Move (which were the agents for our last property). Perry, Lee and Ryan were amazing and so when we came to sell again, it was an easy decision to go back and instruct Frost to do our sale. Again we received an outstanding service, great communication and support throughout. They understood our needs and we felt heard and well informed. Our sales progression was handed over to Katie and she was also amazing. We recently sold our house through Frost and the team in the Purley office were absolutely fantastic. However for me, the real shining star was our sales co-ordinator Katie. She went above and beyond her role to ensure everything ran smoothly, no task was ever too much and she would always keep me updated on progress. We had a relatively straightforward sale however there were a few hiccups, and I believe it was Katie's attitude and approach that helped to move things forward. I always felt she had our best interests at heart and she (nor the rest of the Frost team) ever came across as too 'salesy.' Moving is a stressful process but Katie and Frost team helped relieve some of that stress with their amazing service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering selling their property, you won't be disappointed!

They worked very hard to sell the flat, got us the best deal ever, and throughtout the process had OUR best interest at heart...they work for and with us. Frost have completely changed our perception of what it means to be renting through agencies in the UK. From searching for a place, to going through the application and referencing process, moving in and being managed by them, it has all been an excellent experience. They can make a big difference to what is a very stressful situation for renters. They have definitely had a very positive impact on our lives in the last few months. We used Frost to purchase our new home and they were fantastic from the get go! But we’d like to say a special thank you to Katie who has been an absolute god-send! There were multiple little hurdles along the way, with both our sale and purchase but Katie was on hand to help at every step. She went above and beyond. Part of the frustration when moving can be the lack of communication from other parties but Katie always kept us in the loop and acknowledged any calls or emails. Even though we’re sure that she had countless other cases on the go, it genuinely felt as though we were always top of her list. I think to make your clients feel that way when you’re busy is a very impressive skill to have.
