I dealt with Charlotte & Hannah and could not have been happier with the service. The patience they displayed whilst I underwent the referencing process was commendable. Even when I transferred a large sum of money to the wrong account (24hrs before moving in) potentially delaying the process, I was reassured by the personal manner in which it was dealt with. We used Frost to sell our house (completed in December 2023). I would strongly recommend Frost. The team were fabulous. They were honest and positive about selling our house in what was frankly a terrible market. When we found our vendor, Katie took over as sales-coordinator. She was utterly fantastic. She managed the process incredibly well. She gave us really helpful advice on what we could do to manage and support the process, so that it worked for us, our buyer and our vendor. Were we still in the area and interested in buying or selling, I would use Frost without hesitation.

Of all the estate agents we got in touch with, Frost acted the fastest, even in the first check and valuation of the property. The Frost team effectively marketed the property which sold for the full asking price in the first weekend of viewings The support team followed up on the sale process sending regular reports and managing any issues as they arose.
