GoogleFrost Estate Agents recently sold our house. The process was long and arduous having taken place during the most volatile housing market in recent times. During this time Frost’s sales team, especially Lee and Ryan, kept us fully updated and advised up to agreeing the sale. Once agreed the transaction was passed to their sales coordinator to progress the sale. Our chain was difficult and would not have succeeded without the professionalism and efficiency of Frosts. Katie Andrews, who handled our sale, embodied that professionalism and efficiency but she did so much more than that. Her unfailing tenacity, insight into our needs and refusal to be put off by in inefficiencies of others, all done with a refreshing sense of humour, finally enabled our sale to complete against many odds. As we discovered, buying and selling property can be incredibly frustrating but we are immensely grateful to Frosts (especially Katie) for their support and unreservedly recommend their services.

GoogleFrost handled my lettings exceptionally well. As this was my first rental property, I appreciated Charlotte’s expertise and advice throughout the process. There was a hiccup in the beginning outside of Frost’s and my control but the lettings team dealt with this quite well and found me a new tenant within the same week my property was advertised. The turnaround times are quick and communication is excellent. I also felt that the team is transparent and honest, not overpromising and manages expectations well which to me are all good signs. In terms of finding a tenant, this was also seamless with Charlotte taking the lead with all checks/references taken care of. Great overall service and highly recommended.

GoogleI used Frost for the sale of my home and I cannot recommend them enough we had tried the year before with other local agents and honestly they couldn’t deliver. Where as with Frost their experience and local knowledge and market presence works in their favour they basically get the footfall through the door and people round for viewings. David was our point of contact from start to finish and he really delivered a superb service from viewings, to sale and through to completion. He managed our expectations and negotiated where needed and handled tricky legal issues and buyer queries alongside our solicitor whenever needed. Always available and happy to help. I can’t thank them enough for being such fantastic estate agents. Put your home up for sale with them it’s value for money and they will get it sold!

GoogleThe whole experience with Frost has been amazing from start to finish, I didn’t realise letting a property could be this easy and pain-free! Charlotte has been so accommodating and went above and beyond to keep me informed of what has been such a speedy process! The whole experience with Charlotte from start to finish has been perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more. GoogleCould not recommend them highly enough!! We had a nightmare previously trying to sell our property with a different agent but we switched to Frost and they were amazing from the start! We'd like to specifically thank Lee, Sarah and MaryJane, who all worked so hard and kept us updated every step of the way. They sold our flat in just one week and MaryJane progressed the sale to exchange in less than 8 weeks. Thank you!

GoogleI have recently rented an amazing flat via Frost Agency and the service was superb! Charlotte and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I could not recommend them highly enough! We were supposed to rent a different flat but the tenants from that flat decided not to leave which left us in a difficult situation as we needed to move ASAP and Charlotte contacted me as soon as a new flat was available and even dropped the keys to my old place when she was on holidays as I had to isolate after coming back from my holiday travels. Honestly just amazing!!

GoogleWe had an absolutely amazing experience with Frost Estate Agency. When considering moving to a new area, the search can be so stressful, but we found that many of our favourite properties were managed by Frost, which really helped with organizing viewings. Sarah couldn’t have made the process more positive, and I’d absolutely recommend finding your next home through them. The process was quick and any questions we had were answered immediately through the lovely Frost team.

GoogleWas recommended to use Frost by a well known and long established local property developer and even though the flat was at the lower end of the property value they deal with the team provided a professional and supportive service. Lee was particularly helpful and dealt fairly with the issues my quick sale caused me. I would have no hesitation in using them again. And would recommend giving them a try regardless of what you have to sell.

That’s exactly what Frost Estate Agents are. The team, with Lee at the helm, have been extremely helpful supporting us since the very beginning.
