GoogleThis is by far the easiest 5 star review I've ever had to give! WHAT a service from JNP! The whole team - Matt, Nick and Sue are just fantastic. I cannot fault them in any way. They answered every single call I made to them, communication was excellent, and they are such a lovely team. My biggest shout out goes to Sue, as she has not only kept me sane, but has pushed this house sale through. She is a gem. I will actually miss our chats! GoogleSue from JNP is absolutely amazing. The team have also accommodated viewings on the property we purchased. Emails answered in a timely manner and phone calls always returned. Sue spent most days on the phone to solicitors chasing queries, without Sue we would never have purchased our property so quickly. Outstanding team.

GoogleMany thanks to both Sue and Graeme at JNP, Princess Risborough, for everything they have done in securing the purchase of my mothers new home. Thanks to them both my mother found the perfect flat for her and moved into it just before Christmas. read the other 1 star reviews - pretty much my experience. Not entirely clear whether the issue is incompetence or if their shocking service to tenants (both for maintenance, and for end of tenancy deposit refund) is intentional.
