Not a very cohesive group - main problem is lack of communication. You have to keep chasing them unfortunately, and if don't...your request will receive no response. Poor service.

Very poor communication, was told buyer had pulled out and was not notified until I had to chase it. No commitment to sell, shocking Service no longer that local feel

Great if you are selling or buying a property. Will get all the boot licking possible. Not quite so good if you are renting. Could do better with improving support for tenants even basic communication.
