GoogleGareth Chadwick of the property management team sorted me right out. I moved out my flat a day late so the Reeds Rains team had been pursuing me for a day of rent. I'd been chasing my landlord for some money for my curtains that I left behind. Ugly accusations were made of me that were related to the previous tenant (Take lots of pictures when you move in). I thought great the landlord can have the curtains instead of the day of rent. Everyone will be happyish. Landlord didn't like that idea, I was like fine give me curtains back and I'll pay the day of rent. He didn't like that idea either. In steps Gareth, queries the accusations of damage and proves my innocence. Miraculously gets everyone to see sense and returns my full deposit in exchange for the curtains to cover the day of rent. All hail King Gareth.

GoogleWe were in a desperate position and needed to move due to our Landlord selling up and having a baby on the way. We contacted Reeds Rains and explained our situation to Lucy who did everything she could to find a suitable property for us to rent. We found one quickly and Rebecca did an outstanding job of getting all of our paperwork in order and helping us to move swiftly. Despite some hurdles it was clear that Rebecca worked tirelessly to get us into the property and for that we couldn’t be more grateful.

Googleavoid this company , has to be the most unpressinal company , they found a tenant for me and with in the first month he has not been conatble and not paid the rent is now late and they have doen nuthing to try to sort this matter out and caused me lots of stress in the process please avoidNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWorst letting agents ever once you sign up you have to contact via a call centre. And the best bit ! Gave my tenants there deposit back & never informed me ? Can't be trusted. So I ended up with tenants in place and no deposit absolute joke be warned.
