Great professional service from the initial contact, valuation and liaison over viewings and offers, as well as brilliant chasing by Sue of all the solicitors. This was a long drawn out sale/purchase and Sue kept close contact with us and the solicitors to keep pushing forwards. I’m convinced she has been instrumental in helping get it over the line now. Very bad and rude Estate agents i let property through them have maintenance issues in the property reported many time through maintenance portal and also made many time calls but they never repair and have very rude maintenance and leting staff always behave in bad way

I recently used Reeds Rains to sell my house. I did consider using one of the online-only estate agents but decided I preferred a 'real world' presence. I've no regrets about choosing Reeds Rains, any apparent savings I might have made through choosing the alternative would have meant I missed out on the negotiating power of real people aiming, and succeeding, in getting the best price for my property. Additionally, I always felt free to call the office for updates and advice. All in all an efficient and pleasant experience. Thanks to all the team at Preston.
