Terrible experience with this company. Had to fight for my deposit which they made unnecessarily difficult. They supported a landlord who said the property was uninhabitable when the independent check out report confirmed as 'good'. 6 months to get deposit back from TDS who awarded us £2,500 of the deposit and the landlord £100 after he tried to claim for £4500! Would never use this company again, avoid!

I wish I could give this letting agency zero stars. They have completely breached our contract and shown a total lack of professionalism. Upon moving in, the house was absolutely filthy, with rubbish in back garden. The state of the property was uninhabitable, clearly, no cleaning had been done. On top of that, broken window and door glass was shattered, posing a serious safety risk.

GoogleI moved from Poynton recently, and despite some major setbacks along the way the experience was an overwhelmingly positive one. The team were fantastic. I dealt mainly with Jo and Lucy. They were both amazing, and I felt in safe, capable hands throughout the moving process. They put a huge amount of effort into a complicated sale, and I can't praise them highly enough.

GoogleJo, Owen and Nicole recently marketed and successfully supported us in the sale of a family property. The service they provided was nothing short of 1st class (professional yet friendly) and much exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated excellent local knowledge and clearly had lots of experience of selling properties in Poynton. They offered us lots of sound advice and were always willing to share their time throughout the process. This included supporting us with some queries and advice after the sale, which went above and beyond their obligations. Communication throughout the process was always appropriate and their marketing and promotion of the property was spot on. They even returned to the property and took extra photos for us ( at no extra cost) when the garden was in full bloom to maximise the potential. We would highly recommend the team and business to anyone looking to sell or buy in Poynton.

GoogleWe sold through Gascoigne Halman. The service we received was excellent. Professional and courteous at all times, whilst also being friendly. Owen conducted most of the the viewings for us and was always on time and provided us with viewer feedback within 24 hours. Nicole always responded to our questions and gave us progress updates and Jo was always available for advice and support. A great team at the Poynton office we would have no hesitation to recommend.

Informed us that the property we were moving out of had been re-let. We then rushed to clear and deep clean the property. Rang several times on the day with no answer to then be told any day before Thursday would be ok. We were then informed by another call 10 minutes later that the property had infact not been re-let. Severe lack of communication therefore making us pay another month rent & bills.
