I really feel like the move wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for their efforts and staying on top of everything. Very happy and would highly recommend!

GoogleMy Mum sold my Grandad's bungalow through Gascoigne Halman Poynton. The property was out of their area, but they arranged many viewings and secured us a good sale. Everything was dealt with expertly and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We were delighted with Gascoigne Halman’s service, when buying a property through them. They always went over and above. In fact I think our purchase might have fallen through but they kept it all on the rails. We will sell our house with them if we ever move. Dominic is fantastic. He always knew everything about the chain, and did loads to keep it all moving forward.

Very disappointed with customer service. Found the staff to be really unhelpful. As a cash buyer had been keen to purchase a property for my daughter and disappointed to learn the property we had secured was taken off the market. Tried to found out why and if there were any other similar properties available through the branch and got absoutley no help from them. Sent a polite message to the manager with honest feedback and requested that he give me a quick call to discuss - 2 weeks later and havent heard back from him. Will now never use Gasgoigne Halman again and recomend other agents who have a little more time and respect for their customers

Throughout the process Jo & Owen were very proactive and kept me up to date with developments. GoogleWe bought a property in June, through Gascoigne Halman, Poynton. It wasn't a straight forward purchase, however became difficult, due to our less than supportive, conveyancer. Joanne Johnston and Joanne Macleod however were wonderful. In fact we fully believe that the successful completion was made possible, only as a consequence of the team's professionalism, wisdom, first class communication and determination to see it through! We are incredibly thankful to you guys...you are an awesome team!

GoogleWe cannot reccomend the team in the Poynton branch highly enough. Nothing was ever a trouble, they were always accomodating and kept themselves well informed of the progress of the sale and purchase at all times. We dealt mostly with Jo and Lucy and both were always so enthusiastic and helpful, they were also great with the kids when we brought them for their first viewing which could have gone either way! I honestly couldn't fault them and would definitely use them again... however they have found us our forever home so hopefully that won't be necessary!!

GoogleThe team at the Poynton office were excellent from start to finish - professional, friendly and approachable. The sales literature, photos, our viewing numbers and sales negotiations all exceeded our expectations. We agreed a sale within a week of going to market. A big shout out goes to the Branch Manager, Joanne Macleod. Her knowledge of the market resulted in an accurate valuation which was achieved. Without Joanne’s expertise I’m not sure we would have overcome some of the issues that arose from the conveyancing stage of the sale. Her diligence and tenacity got our sale over the line. Highly recommended
