GoogleA hassle free experience in dealing with the Poynton office over the sale of my property. I was kept updated of the interest, Offers were negotiated well and ultimately the sale was handled with professionalism. I would highly recommend Jo and the team. Thank you.

TrustpilotTracy at the Frodsham office gets 5 stars!
We've just bought a property through Gascoigne Halman and they have been super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Tracy Ryan in the Frodsham office has been lovely and always responded to our queries (however bizarre! We have asked a lot of questions haha!) promptly and happily! We never felt like we were too much trouble. Thanks to everyone at Frodsham Gascoigne Halman!

TrustpilotVery Poor Customer Service!
the lettings division are very poor, they are very quick at taking your money, but when something goes wrong they take an eterinty to return or respond to emails or telephone calls.

TrustpilotGreat service and easy to contact
We recently sold and bought a house using the Frodsham office. We met with 3 local estate agents before deciding who to use and we chose Gascgoine Halman Frodsham as they had the most local knowledge and were the easiest branch to get in touch with.As is often the case, the whole house move process was quite lengthy and frustrating. But Tracy in particular helped us out with advice, chasing up solicitors and helping to keep on top of the process. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

GoogleThanks to Jo, Owen, Nicole and team at GH Poynton. This was not a straight forward purchase, but Jo was tenacious and determined managed to get the deal done. I couldn’t recommend this professional and personable team more highly.

Great service from prompt and effective marketing at a good price through to highly professional process management when the chain got somewhat frustrated towards the end. Have used them before and will use them again. Thanks to Markus and Lucy.

GoogleI cannot recommend Gascoigne Halman Poynton highly enough. We were initially impressed with them following a house viewing where Owen showed us round. He was really knowledgeable and generous with his time whereas other Estate Agent viewings left us feeling rushed and with questions unanswered. After the viewing I decided that they displayed the qualities I wanted for my own house sale when it went on the market and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole journey from start to finish was fantastic. All the team, without exception, were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made what was sometimes a stressful experience much more bearable. Owen deserves a special mention of his own though, he’s simply amazing. I’m hoping we’re now in our forever home, but if not, we’d definitely use them again!

TrustpilotExcellent process with Gascoignes
Excellent process with Gascoignes, from initial meet with Markus, market appraisal right down to the wire.Market knowledge and valuation was spot on. Photography clear, perfect contrast and house write up excellent and accurate. Brilliantly managed by Lucy Kershaw throughout with very timely comms and updates. We felt she managed potential buyers very well and helped maintain the integrity of the chain as it developed. Viewings all managed professionally and consistently too. Viewing requests started coming in within an hour or so of being released online. Offers started a few days after viewings and final offer just over a week later. Just excellent team all round! Thank you all.

TrustpilotExtremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. No communication and appear to also be quite judgmental towards single parents. I am still waiting for them to call me back but regardless of weather they do or not, i definitely won’t be letting a property through them.

GoogleJo was nothing but a superstar. Guiding us through every step of our, at times, very complicated sale. She is the best, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. I would use Jo and Gascoigne time and time again. The very best in Poynton and beyond.
