GoogleWorst estate agent in England. Moved into a new place that was provided by MAN. The place was trashed. Mould everywhere furniture all smashed. When calling them for help they said it wasn’t their problem. These guys are clearly in it for the commissions. No pride in their work. Happy to sell/rent out run down properties that are over priced.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHad no hot water for over a week now. During the 13 months I've been living here the water has failed over and over. Sick of paying so much for a flat with a rubbish water heater. Nobody seems to want to get back to me to fix it this time round. I've also had workmen turn up unannounced to fix the water heater for downstairs (they need to access my flat to do so!!)

GoogleHouse Sale. Good professional service, from initial evaluation (which was compared against 3 other agents) through to acquisition of buyer and tracking sale progress. Unfortunately, our first buyer pulled out for reasons unknown, but Mann Estate agents took this in their stride & found an alternative buyer & restarted the process smoothly. GoogleI have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.

GoogleWe received best service from Mann Sales and Letting Agents Portsmouth. We brought our first home from them about five years ago and recently we sold our home and brought another home from them. Without question, I would use this Estate Agent in the future. I will say Best Sales and Letting Agents in Portsmouth.

GoogleMann Portsmouth have been looking after my flat for 7 years. They keep in touch with me regularly, about the flat, it's condition, tenants etc. They were helpful and supportive when a tenant didn't pay and are now helping the tenant buy the flat. I've been really happy with their service and would recommend them.
