GoogleI wanted some advice as I’ve recently had an offer accepted but the homebuyers report came back negatively. I decided to call this company as they had a nice property on sale and we’re not related to the agents I’ve spoke to before. I was then given honest friendly advice and they told me that they were the manager and that they closed 15 minutes ago! Even though they didn’t have to give me customer service they still chose to do so.

GoogleI had never met a real cowboy until I met these. 13 years of renting I have never come across such a unprofessional clowns. Lack of communication , professionalism and very poor service with the inability to deal with issues means that I am now at the regulator stage with these. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR -AVOID

Great at communications with regular progress reports, property management, check-in & check-outs etc. Trusted keyholders. GoogleI’ve been looking for a place for a few weeks and Katie really stood out as such an honest,genuine and advising employee compared to many of the other agencies in southsea. She was so polite and helpful and because of her suggestion I decided to make an offer. In the office, I have been in communications with Jay and Lee who have been courteous, pleasant and professional both over the phone and by email. They respond quickly and action what they say they will efficiently. I unreservedly recommend their services if you are planning to move. Thank you for helping us find our new home!
