I can not thank Jamie Ridge and his team enough for making the process as stress free as it has been. From the moment Jamie came to value my current property, getting on the market and sold with in a week to helping find my onward purchase and knowing my exact needs it has been nothing but professional. Honest advice and assistance without being ‘pushy’ in anyway like you get from some agents. I really felt Jamie was working hard for me and getting me what I needed, advising me really well and just at the end of the phone to answer and questions. Super approachable and always willing to help. He went above and beyond when assisting me to find my onward purchase and understood my needs for that property 100% Anyone looking to sell or but I 100% recommend Jamie and the team, you won’t be disappointed!

I literally can not thank Jamie Ridge and his team including Anita Cannon for all their help, support and guidance throughtout the sale of our property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always so friendly, polite and most of all Professional. Our property sold within 1 week of being on the market, and through no fault of ours or Mann Countrywide we sadly lost our original buyer, however the same day our property was back on the market and sold again withing 5 days!!! They were a huge help in helping us with contact from all solicitors and our buyers included. I don't know how I would have coped it if wasn't for Jamie and his team and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling XXX

Sydney from Mann Woolwich was our representative for house viewing. Sydney was very professional, patient and understanding towards us during our house viewing (for the third time). We took our own time to look around and she was really patient throughout the process.When we had queries about a few things inside the property she diligently checked with the sellers to keep us informed. Had a few other agents out to value the property most of whom agreed at around the same price, only difference with Mann was the certainty on how easily and quickly the property would sell. Jamie advised on the day of the valuation the best course to sell the property. This was through an open house, within 2 hours the property already had two offers. The whole team has been very professional and kept me informed the whole way through. And were able to assist with questions quickly and promptly. Deeply Disappointing Experience, Strood Mann Sales and Letting Agents

Our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood has been deeply disappointing. As someone with experience in leadership, I can confidently say that the issues my family faced clearly stem from leadership, as the agency has failed to take accountability for their poor service. The signs were there from the very first calls and continued all the way through. Appointment punctuality and coordination were major issues from the beginning. Scheduled viewings were consistently delayed, leaving us in uncomfortable situations and forcing us to personally show prospective buyers around our property. This lack of punctuality and disregard for our concerns was unacceptable. This not only inconvenienced us but also left us feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable. Moreover, prospective buyers also expressed dissatisfaction with their poor experience e.g left waiting outside properties, unclear instructions and poor communication.Transparency regarding the terms of the sole agency contract was also lacking. Critical details, such as the length of the agreement, were not adequately discussed, leaving us feeling misled and questioning the integrity of the process.Furthermore, the advertising of our property on Rightmove and other platforms was subpar. We were left to request enhancements and updates, reflecting poorly on the agency's commitment to effective marketing.Despite our attempts to address these issues, the agency has refused to take responsibility and has closed ranks. Even after following the 'official' complaints process, they have refused to allow us to alter the length of the contract or even to move to a multi-agency agreement, which is a basic and straightforward solution that can easily be done and has been advised by other professionals in the industry.I strongly caution against entrusting your property sale to Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood. Should you decide to proceed with them, heed this advice: never concede to a sole agency contract, demand meticulous attention to the advertising of your property, and scrutinise every detail of the contract, particularly its duration. I firmly advocate for a contract length of no more than 4 weeks or 28 days. Furthermore, be resolute in avoiding coercion into utilising their in-house financial services. Despite our repeated insistence on retaining our trusted brokers, Mann Co persistently pressured us until we were compelled to inquire whether our decision to use our own brokers would pose a problem, emphasising the importance of asserting your preferences firmly.Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and we hope our feedback prompts Mann Sales and Letting Agents to reassess their practices, processes, and procedures and strive for improvement in the future. Now, we find ourselves left to wait out the length of the contract as they refuse to alter it. As a family with two young children, aged 2 and 4, it's evident that our needs have been consistently overlooked and disregarded throughout this entire ordeal.

I called today to book a viewing for a flat. A lady takes my email address, phone number, full name etc. She tells me I will receive a viewing confirmation via text. 3 hours later still nothing. I call again and speak to Tom. He is confused as to why I have not received the text. He checks something and then reassures me I should receive the text message this time. Guess what? Still nothing. Around half an hour later I call again and speak to the same Tom. I double check with him my phone number and ask him to just send me the viewing confirmation via email. He guarantees he will send the confirmation via email and text message. 6 hours later, absolutely nothing. Steer clear of this agency
