Sydney from Mann Woolwich was our representative for house viewing. Sydney was very professional, patient and understanding towards us during our house viewing (for the third time). We took our own time to look around and she was really patient throughout the process.When we had queries about a few things inside the property she diligently checked with the sellers to keep us informed. There have been circumstances when we had been delayed to our visit, she was very understanding and helpful.

Had a few other agents out to value the property most of whom agreed at around the same price, only difference with Mann was the certainty on how easily and quickly the property would sell. Jamie advised on the day of the valuation the best course to sell the property. This was through an open house, within 2 hours the property already had two offers. The whole team has been very professional and kept me informed the whole way through. And were able to assist with questions quickly and promptly.
