Overall, considering the time of our move, which included both sale & purchase, Cubitt & West managed to coordinate things rather well. Initially, communication was a bit "hit & miss" but, once we got to the conveyancing stage it was much improved.

Terrible ordeal went to put my flat with these jokers said they had sent e mail no, said they had sent sellers pack did not arrive so liars from the start decided to abandon any ideas of going with this shower!!!!!Completely unprofessional in my opinion would not bother but if your property is over 1 million they will be all over you.Do not be fooled!!!!
