This efficiency helped us to turn the property around quickly from our previous tenants and to find new occupiers for the date we needed at the required rent. At times you wonder why the fee is so high but I've seen the hard work put in to first sell our village to our buyers and then through a protracted sale process, keep them on board and engaged until we were able to close a deal.
