We're currently selling our house. We wanted to view a property advertised by Cubitt and West, and they insisted on valuing our house first, although we had already decided on another agent. They came round to do the valuation, and were very pushy with respect to trying to get us to sign up to a contract, although their commission was twice as much and they had additional marketing fees. It was suggested that if we didn't list with them that any offer on the property they had advertised would not be considered seriously. I now avoid even arranging viewings of properties advertised with Cubitt & West ...

Mo and his team have been utterly outstanding. This would easily be a 5* review were it not for the firm of solicitors that Cubitt and West recommend to buyers. That firm have been atrocious and have held the sale up considerably causing totally unnecessary stress. We highly recommend the team at C&W but best avoid their conveyancers at all cost.
