GoogleVery disappointed in the service. We contacted the team on the phone and then in person to try to arrange a viewing. Over five days later we have still heard nothing. If a viewing couldn't be arranged that is not a problem but a message/email to say that was the case is the minimum I would expect from a professional team.

GoogleOften struggle with genuine estate agents in portsmouth. Belvoir can take up to 3-4 months to respond to an enquiry maintance or repair. Still have a broken window in the property despite being promised directly by a Belvoir estate agent it would get fixed in a timely manner before winter. Now it's winter and the house is very cold.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Emma from Belvoir for the past month. I have to say I am very pleased to be liaising with her, she is very professional, responsive and has a can do attitude; she finds solutions to problems which were previously 'immovable', she actually picks up the phone and speaks to you, as well as using her initiative in contacting other stakeholders in the property. It's my opinion, just from this last month, that she is an asset to the firm both in a PR sense and as a professional in her field. She really is a refreshing development in the firm.

GoogleI am a new landlord and found the staff at Belvoir to be approachable and there fees for me and my tenants to be extremely competitive Amanda and Paige were particularly helpful and I definitely would not use anyone else
