Communication throughout was excellent from the sales team and the wonderful Rhiannon in the progression team . Highly recommend and will definitely use again . Thank again

GoogleSadly I had an offer accepted by the vendor and told the property would be taken off the market. However instead of viewings being cancelled or other potential buyers being informed property was sold, I have subsequently been gazumped by another purchaser (unsure why the person would not be told that an offer had been accepted). Poor practice in my opinion.

The service I received from Victoria at Payton Jewell Caines and previously by Holly, was excellent. People often only are urged to submit a review when they experience bad service so I thought I would buck that trend and say well done where it is righfully due. PJC in my case were faced with a difficult situation, through no doing of mine nor theirs and they dealt with it very fairly all things considered, and stepped up when it was needed. It is in such situations that you discover the quality of customer service and in their case, they passed with flying colours.

FacebookDisappointed with the unprofessionalism shown which led to us having to withdraw our house from the market. They didn't uphold their end of our contract as they were unable to use their best efforts to sell our house. Similar properties on our street were priced very differently by them which has now affected the value of all the houses on our street. Finally when we felt we had no other option but to withdraw, our property was insulted by the manager, who implied that the cheap prices of the other properties for sale on our street was the only reason for attracting the viewings we had.

With everything that comes up in buying and selling your house,I couldn't have asked for more from an estate agents Sharon in particular has just been a god send getting everything sorted for us, I would now never use or recommend anyone else! I honestly believe if it wasn’t for Sharon and the pencoed team my chain would have fallen apart multiple times but they somehow managed to keep it together and get me my dream house. I cannot thank then enough for all the work they put in and praise them enough for managing to keep a nightmare chain together, if they can do that they can truly get anything done! Don’t think twice just use them as your estate agents you won’t be sorry!
