I have just sold my house through PJC and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are efficient, friendly and most importantly, limited the stress that house move situations invariably invoke. I was kept up to date with the progress of my sale, and someone was always available to answer my query, even when I was being neurotic (which I seemed to excel at!). The offer came quickly, even though I am out of area for the office, and the team actually did what they said they would do - rare in business these days! I would definitely work with PJC again, they give estate agents a great name!

I have just sold my parents house with PJC. What can I say at a very traumatic time for me I have been helped with empathy and understanding. Helen and the girls at Bridgend branch are absolutely fantastic they've kept me informed during the whole process and really do take the stress out of having to sell a family home. From the time I made contact with Helen at PJC I was constantly kept up to date with everything. They even helped me choose a solicitor (who was also fab by the way). I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PJC to friends and family - Well Done to you all in Bridgend (I'm sure I've spoken to most of you lol) for your excellent customer service and understanding :)

I put my property on the market with PJC Neath at the beginning of August, having had a poor experience with a different agency. We have just completed the sale today (Dec 16th)...well done!! What I particularly like with PJC is that the team follows everything up promptly, keeps you fully informed and gives good advice. My husband and I have just bought a house with pjc we had a viewing with Sharon (pencoed branch manager) I can not praise her enough very friendly lady always there to take our calls and going above and beyond for us making a stressful situation way less stressful. We will definitely be reccomending pjc to others and if we needed to buy or sell in the future this is the only place we would be going. Excellent service.

Recently sold a property using PJC, and couldnt fault the service received. All members of staff are fantastic at what they do, and treat you as a person not just another customer. Our chain could have collapsed right at the point of exchange, but PJC'S quick thinking and dedication to resolve the issue impressed me. On top of this, very reasonably priced.
