GoogleThey're a really helpful and courteous bunch. Beth and Jenny have both been massive stress-relievers with the processes and certainly made the most tedious part of property management (paperwork!) seem like a whoosh.

GoogleReading down the positive reviews I am incredulous it's as if they're discussing a completely different company. Worst experience with a lettings agent I have ever had from beginning to end. I would say avoid at all costs and avoid yourself catastrophic stress.

GoogleService was quick and efficient from the first viewing right through to move in day. Kayley was on hand to answer our (numerous!) questions and always gave a prompt response. All the staff we have had dealings with have been polite, friendly and professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleFrom the very beginning we felt in safe, professional hands. Everyone we dealt with was enthusiastic and wanting to get the best result for us the client. We were updated regularly on viewings and progress and advised according to the experience of the staff as to the best way forward. GoogleMy experience with MoveOn from the moment I called to check if a property is available (to which I was told it was not, and then recommended the perfect flat I am living in now) to the constant care and attention I have received since beginning my tenancy has been flawless, My viewing was dealt with by Adam who was very friendly, efficient and professional, the moving process was easy and professional (despite the difficulties with Lockdown and social distancing) and I would like to commend Tabitha above all else as she has been quick, kind and professional with the multitude of questions and concerns I have had along the way giving me complete confidence in their services, and the service does not end once the move is completed as she continues to help with every query I have had to the best of their ability in a very friendly and timely manner. I have had some very bad experiences with estate agents in the past with companies like House and Son yet with MoveOn there has not been a single thing I could complain about, I would highly recommend MoveOn as an estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Whenever we've had further queries we've emailed them and got a response either later that day or the following morning. All the women in the main office that we have also spoken to in person have been very friendly and so efficient!!!
