GoogleI cannot praise move on rentals enough. They go above and beyond to make sure that all transactions are stress free and easy. They were always there to keep me sane from all the moving stress that we all know are included when moving properties. Will definitely recommend move on rentals to everyone I know. GoogleReally bad experience as a tenant. Nearly a week without hot water in the shower, reported to Move On several times by different tenants without any response. A leak in the kitchen's ceiling for months, again reported many times with promises that it would be fixed but without actual work done. Not recommended at all.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

What a fabulous service, Amiee took charge of the whole process, found a buyer within weeks of the property being on the market and supported me throughout. Nothing was too much for her to do and such a cheerful approach, so refreshing. No hesitation in recommending Move on for Sales and Lettings.

GoogleI would highly recommend Move On. Dependable, efficient, friendly and well organised in supporting me as a landlord. Their teamwork is evident by quick responses to enquiries and prompt problem solving, to ensure (on my behalf) that tenants are well looked after. Their paperwork is of a high standard and knowledge of the local area and housing market excellent.

They pride themselves on going through a thorough referencing process to ensure the tenant is right for the landlord. I hope to be working with them for many years to come.

GoogleWhen it comes to providing help, getting keys for eletricity meter and post box, fixing issues in the flat, no one is avaialble. However, when it comes to increasing rent and chaarging for damages we never made - always here. Pathetic.

GoogleMove on were extremely helpful and managed to find us a buyer within a week, which followed through to completion. After 2 previous buyers which both fell through via a different estate agent, we were therefore extremely grateful for all of the hard work and support given from the Move On team.

Low fees, professional service and great communication. there were a few problems with the flat when I moved in (which is pretty normal), but these were quickly addressed and fixed. A few months ago I renewed my contract for another year as I'm happy with the flat and the service.
