GoogleThe worst agency ever. They have let us for 2 months on winter with the boiler broken. In the flat that we have rent it was a kid too. Only lies. We had to make a complaint to Bournemouth Council. They got fees for everythings. They charged for everything. They took us money from our deposit for the fee, for the end of agreement and still not received. So you “pay” for nothing. This agency doesnt care about the tenants. Try to email something and no answer. Only if you make a complaint, they will contact you. I don’t recommand this agency for nothing. Be carefull! They got fees for everythings. And when you rent a property, make photos. You will need it when you leave. They will put you to pay for the cleaning even if you did. The worst agency ever! Not professional. There is an agent there, who doesn’t know how to speak with the clients or tenants, because she doesn’t care. Very rude person!

GoogleWe have just renewed our tenancy with Move on and so far I am very happy with the way they have dealt with us, they've been especially understanding of our money situation at the moment what with just having a newborn. Everyone we have dealt with have been lovely, but I would especially like to thank Kayley, she's comes across as very friendly whilst also maintaining a good level of professionalism, she really is a joy to talk to!

GoogleMove on were excellent in moving us in and dealing with any questions or queries we had. We had a nightmare of a landlord but they were able to sort out most issues we had and acted well as 'middlemen' if you will. GoogleWe decided to let our flat and contacted Move-On Rentals. Whilst their representative was visiting the flat and taking particulars, her phone went, a client was available to view the flat. Upon viewing, the client agreed to take it. Everything was then handled by Move-On's amazing team, totally professional, and extremely competent. Well done, I would recommend Move-On to anyone looking to let a property in the Poole area.

The letting process is explained and you just have to follow all the steps and in case of any questions, the agent is always helpful. Savannah, thank you for all your work done and all your help. GoogleAs a landlord I have used Move On Lettings for some years now and have always found them to be helpful and professional. Any issues, and I'm sure all tenants and landlords occasionally have problems, have been dealt with quickly and fairly. There is always a member of staff available when I need to speak to someone. Well done, and keep up the great service!

GoogleExpect an unfair amount to be taken from your deposit when you move out even if you arguably left many things in the property in a better state than when you moved in. Make sure to clean the soap box on the washing machine because apparently that's a big no no and grounds to charge at least an hour for a cleaner, as is accidentally leaving some pizza trays in the oven. Even though you may have spent over an hour cleaning the oven beforehand ..that'll be another hour for the cleaner! Leaving a bottle of bleach in the bathroom ..you are a terrible human being, another hour for them to toss it in the bin for you! Stains that were present all over the kitchen before you moved in, that'll be yet more hours for the cleaner. The use of this cleaner amounted to over £100 being taken from my deposit ..You'd think with these prices the cleaner must be raking it in ..but clearly not making that much money, because this "cleaner" doesn't even have a VAT number, nor a proper invoice (so, who knows how many hours was ultimately charged by this cleaner). Proof that the cleaner did this work was also never provided, despite promised. The deposit dispute system is a complete farce, and given the landlords are their customer ..they're never going to side with you so I'd advise not bothering!
Dear Barry, I am sorry you feel this way. At Move On we try to be as transparent as possible, hence we routinely come out to a property prior to them leaving to explain what will be expected. Along with this you are given a check list. Sometimes, unfortunately, we have to use the dispute service where an amicable solution cannot be resolved. The external dispute service is extremely fair and will only make a decision on factual evidence, I can assure you they do not side with any party. Regards Sharon Canning

GoogleAfter 15 years of living in my home ,i had to move out...ahh!.... Move on were amazing i cannot fault them.They took ,what was otherwise a stressful situation, all of the stress away.Friendly team with great attitudes ,helpful to the max.They went above and beyond to solve any issues that did arise.(minor ones ).. GoogleMyself and partner used move on rentals to move into a property last year. To begin with they were brilliant. Very good and kind and showed excellent customer service. It seemed as soon as we actually left the property there real attitude towards customers came through and it seemed they tried everything to not give us our deposit back. 2 weeks before we moved out if the property I even had someone come round who inspected the property and told me everything was fine and that we should get our deposit back. All of a sudden everything is wrong with the property, they've found leaks which we never had, damage to the door which had already happened before we move in, and because we left a small item in the garage we are now being charged £50 which I think is outrageous. It's a shame that a company which seemed so customer driven actually turned out to be another money grabbing business. Will not be using again and will be warning friends and family of this scheming business.

Christine especially, she continually goes above and beyond to ensure all is well, always.
