FacebookAmazing estage agents, nothing was too much to be done. If I called up with any issues with the property it was delt with within 24 hours. I called up at 4pm on a Friday, and was dealt with by 5pm.
The staff have always been a fantastic mix of professional and friendly, you're treated like a person and not just a number. When I handed my notice in they replied with a really personal message wishing me the best.
I can not recommend this estate agent enough!!!

This has been discussed with you over numerous e mails and directly with the referencing company.
Let me address the issues you bring up.
You paid a holding deposit to hold the property and this would come off of your first months rent. This was refunded to you in full (as per company policy) when you failed referencing so you have paid for absolutely nothing.
It has been explained to you by me and the referencing company that you failed referencing at the first hurdle due to documents supplied by you being 'red flagged as suspicious'. Consequently other checks were obviously not carried out.
The colleague you mention has worked with me for over 11 years and literally moved thousands of people into properties over this time and I have never seen her behave in the way you suggest.
We appreciate you were upset about failing referencing but there was nothing you could say or we could do that would change this with the referencing company. The landlord of this property, like the vast majority of landlords require referencing to be passed so they can take advantage of guarantees and insurances provided by the referencing company.
