And I am delighted I did. Gail helped me through the whole process with calm, sensible advice. GoogleSpeaking as a landlord, it was not a pleasant experience renting a property through Martin & Co; starting from incorrect wording in the initial contract, poor communication and follow up action when an emergency arose when we were abroad, regular chasing of paperwork and maintenance costings, and finally, incorrect booking of boiler service/landlord certificate.
Feel let down by this company so would not recommend it.
