GoogleRecently sold my flat with Gail and she was very supportive throughout. I had an offer on my flat within about 8 days! She was very proactive in dealing with both sides and kept in regular contact. She also kept us both calm throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend :)

GoogleI was very nervous about letting my house outing so wanted someone to manage the process for me, especially as I am not based near the house I am letting. Martin & Co have been great. They found me tenants and 3 years on we have the same tenants in place, which is great for continuity and no loss of rental income. They are very responsive if there is a maintenance problem and always seek my opinion before carrying out any work. So far they have made what I thought would be a stressful process nice and easy. Hopefully for more years to come.

Gail accommodated viewings around our busy work schedules (evening and Saturday appointments!), she was extremely quick to respond to emails and queries. FacebookI rented a flat via Martin and Co for two years. On the rare occasion that I needed to contact them, or pop into the office, every staff member I spoke to was friendly, helpful and polite. They carried out inspections on a 3 monthly basis to ensure the flat was kept to a high standard. I had one issue with the cooker and one issue with the shower during my two year tenancy and both times they quickly arranged the relevant service people to come and fix them. I would recommend Martin and Co and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had Sarah from the branch she was brilliant very friendly and I would highly recommend them �, she presented our flat on a lovely handout, so potential buyers had all the information to read and take home after, as I said we sold on the first day � 4 offers of full asking price �! Sarah and the rest of the Martin and co team were brilliant and kept us up to date through the whole process, selling a property in its self is tough and I can assure they made it 100 times easier ! GoogleMartin and Co and Maggie have managed my flat for the last 13 years and have always found reliable and good quality, mostly long term, tenants. Any queries, maintenance, regular inspections and certification has always been carried our efficiently and on time. They have a good team of sensibly priced contractors on hand for repairs and general work. Not the cheapest fee-wise but in life you get what you pay for and I am a very satisfied customer.

GoogleThe Ashley Cross staff are very helpful and proactive but they can only work with what they are given to rent out! Our property has been rented by them for about 5 years, we have a good relationship and are happy with the service they give. Being quite fussy, "hands on" landlords with very high standards. We give the best we can to our clients and expect everything to be well maintained. Judging by some comments I have read, perhaps some landlords don't care enough - probably why ours always rents so easily!
