GoogleLoyd and team were fantastic throughout the sale of our house. Their attention to detail with the advertising and photography is next level. Communication throughout the process was excellent, we never had to chase them for anything and would receive updates regularly! We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we did we would definitely use Loyd and his team again. Highly recommended, best agent around.

GoogleBest experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Jack and Loyd were fantastic during my whole buying/selling process. Incredibly responsive, friendly and professional - they were on top of all the obstacles that were throw at us! With selling my current property they created a great listing and managed to get an offer at asking price on the first day of viewings! 🤯 Highly recommend dealing with these guys for anyone looking to buy and sell.

FacebookExcellent Estate Agent! Jack is polite, professional, responsive and personable. We've met quite a few estate agents and you definitely get the feeling that they just want the sale and that's it, they don't take into account the people behind it. Jack definitely cares for the clients and not just the sale and frequently went above and beyond what a estate agent is expected to do. Jack was brilliant throughout the buying and selling process and keeping all parties informed on progression whilst managing expectations. I couldn't recommend Jack and his team enough.

This was definitely not the case with Link Homes. Jack was professional and attentive from start to finish no matter what challenges were being faced. GoogleJack and the Team are extremely professional and will always return calls and messages, they will communicate in a way that suits you. If Link Homes say they are going to do something they will, which in today’s world is all to rare. It was an emotional sale for myself and the family due to the circumstance, but Jack guided me through it with compassion and a high level of understanding. Although Link Homes is a busy Estate agents and have many clients, they really have the knack of treating you like you are their only client and making you feel that way, nothing is ever a problem. Nothing is too much of a problem for him, he’s acted as a go between to take the pressure of myself and I can’t recommend him highly enough. GoogleThere aren't enough positive words in the world to describe Jack and Link Homes. Jack sold us our house a few years ago, so when it was time to move on again we instantly called Jack. I didn't even consider selling with anyone else! Jack sold our house in 3 days, with 3 offers on the table, 2 of which where over asking price. We had an incredibly difficult house purchase (whilst selling our home with Jack). He single handedly ensured the entire chain didn't fall apart during a pandemic, took on the role where others in different estate agencies let a lot of people down. Without his incredible hard work and determination I am sure that the chain would have fallen apart and we wouldn't now be living in our dream home. Jack's can do attitude and determination, whilst being super friendly and easy to deal with are true testament to his successful business. I have just purchased my new home through them and even though he was working for my vendor Jack went out of his way to keep me fully informed of what was happening. When the solicitors, and not just his clients one , appeared to be a bit slow it was Jack who was chasing them and keeping everyone informed.
