I didn’t know what we’d been missing from an estate agent on previous experience until we were fortunate enough to have Link Homes recommended to us and we had the pleasure of dealing with Loyd and his team. The level of care and attention Loyd took with our sale, and the quality and quantity of his updates to us through the process even surprised our solicitor as we often knew new developments in the journey before they did, and he was always there to share is advice on next steps and paths to take. On top of his professionalism, Loyd is an exceedingly lovely chap who made us feel confident in getting a sale even when outside circumstances seemed to be working against us. I would not hesitate to recommend Link Homes to anyone about to dip their toes into the market.

100000% recommend. Loyd and Jack have been absolutley fantastic, beyond words. I'd say my top comment would be that they provide a very personalised service, taking into account likes/dislikes and helping you find your dream home. They really stood out from other estate agents in the service they provide on another level. They really went above and beyond for me and this is very much appreciated. They are approachable, helpful, punctual, flexible, professional but also fun to work with. They really just made the process very smooth with minimal fuss. Fantastic communication and I really feel that they look out for the buyers best interests. The solicitor recommendation was also very much appreciated. Thank you Loyd and Jack.

My partner and I were 1st time buyers; and felt clueless on what to do. However Links Homes and In particular Jack put all our doubts and worries at ease. From our very 1st viewing we felt confident we went with the right estate agent. We were able to view the property without the salesman’s pitch We we’re expecting, none the less any questions we had was answered with and abundance of Knowledge. So delighted, we made an offer and the proceedings after that we cannot thank Jack enough for. Jack constantly kept us in the loop, no false promises, a second viewing was no problem and no question went unanswered. We heard many horror stories from 1st time buyers but with Jack and Link Homes the pressure was off, and we felt so confident we were in safe hands. I feel Link Homes is an agent you can trust, warm, welcoming, professional but above all they chase every enquiry you have they literally do all the hard work. Jack is the best estate agent we have had the pleasure to meet. He is the reason we bought the property as he didn't rush us through the first viewing and helped us talk over the different aspects of what we liked and didn't like. He has constantly chased the process for us and kept us updated on a regular basis. I don't know how we could have done it without him. Link Homes aren't like usual estate agents. They give you a personal service as nothing is too much trouble. It felt like we were going through the house process with a friend rather than an estate agent. After a great experience purchasing our first home through Link Homes we knew we wanted Jack’s help to sell the property once we had outgrown it. Jack and Loyd have totally exceeded our expectations every step of the way! We were thrilled with the photographs and marketing of the property and the speed at which we received a great offer. The team set up a WhatsApp group for all of us and they always kept us in the loop using their professional insight and knowledge. They made us feel so comfortable to ask questions and seek guidance and they always replied very quickly. Jack and Loyd liaised with buyers, solicitors and brokers to keep informed on outstanding tasks and to motivate everyone involved in the chain to keep pushing forward. Even when we encountered hurdles along the way, Jack and Loyd went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had our home on sale with another estate agent for 13 weeks, we never had one viewing from them. Changed to Link homes and what a difference. Jack was constantly in contact with us, making sure we were happy and asking if there was anything else they could do to help. In our first week we had one viewing, which wowed us because of our other experience. Then there was a steady stream of viewings until we found a buyer. Everything went smoothly from accepting the offer through to completion. Jack and Lloyd did everything we wanted from our house sale and we could not recommend them enough. Link Homes are fantastic estate agents! I would highly recommend them to anyone selling. Jack and Loyd went above and beyond when it came to customer service, they sold our house extremely quickly, were very friendly and just did an all round amazing job. The process took a little longer than anticipated due to our buyers solicitors but Jack and Loyd were absolutely fantastic with chasing all solicitors involved. I didn’t even need to pick up the phone to chase anyone as they were already on it and sending me updates. They took so much stress away from us and we are so glad we chose them, I wouldn’t sell a house with anyone else.

I have had experience of a few estate agents and haven’t thought all that much of any of them. Link homes however seems different.
