Jack & his team are amazing! So refreshing working with estate agents that truly care, offer a personable experience and most importantly are so good at what they do! One of my favourite things about Link Homes is their communication. They are on it. We had daily updates via WhatsApp, we were told at every stage what would happen next and what they needed from us leaving us one less thing to worry about. Everything from delivering high quality images to pulling in the perfect buyers to purchase our house, their level of service has always been impeccable. Not to mention they sold our house within one week of putting it on the market. Thank you so much Jack, Ashley, Hettie & Lauren - we will hand on heart be recommending you to everyone planning to sell their house 🤍

I sold with Link Homes as they came highly recommended, and I can see why! Jack and his team were amazing! The marketing was fantastic and my home was sold on the second day of viewings. The communication and quality of service there on was first class. Jack went above and beyond to resolve all the issues along the way and his team were always very responsive. I'm really grateful for meeting with you, Ash. When I moved into the UK, I was in search of property to rent. I knew no one and I walked into your previous company where we first met. You helped me out with everything and got me the property. You're such a gentle and reliable person. Forward to last year when we thought it was time for us to get our first property, Ash was the first person that came to my mind because we know little about the whole process. We talked about it, and you gave me some useful information and helpful advice and encouraged us that it is what doable. After two months that I have contacted Ash, we started searching for property online, and I found our new home with Estate Agent Link Home. I spoke to the company to book viewing to the property, and I was told Ash would be there to take us around the property. I told my wife that it seems it might be the same Ash that helped us with our rental property, but Ash was working with a different company, so I wasn't expecting to see him. Probably expecting a new Ash. Getting to the property, it was the same Ash of 4 years ago. I was so delightful and happy seeing him again because I believed that he had a good personality, very professionally with his job. The way he sorted out our first rental property was fantastic. I told my wife that we are in safe hands. That was how the whole process started. At some stage, I was about to give up, and he called me and gave me some very helpful advice on how to go about mortgage processing. In fact, I can say Ash and his team were with us all the whole process because this is our first time buying property in the UK. Both the exchange and completion dates went so smoothly. That was how we became house owners. It was such a great story, finding our first rental property through you, now giving us the keys to our own family home 😊⭐️🏡. We can't thank you enough. I just wanted to give a shout out to Jack, Hettie and Ashley from a slightly different perspective. I am a local conveyancer and I work closely with the whole team and I must say, the communication between us is what helps get the job done and keeps the stress levels a lot lower. We would greatly recommend Jack as our estate agent! He was amazing with us, showing an incredible sense of responsability towards his role during the whole process, but also, and most importantly for us, an amazing ability to reassure us and fight for our expectations to be met and wishes heard. We brought our first house through link homes and the communication from everyone at link homes has been absolutely amazing. Jack always made sure he went and chased everything to make sure that the sell would go through in time. Ash was extremely friendly always willing to find out information if we needed. Couldn’t recommend Link Homes Estate Agents enough!! Mostly dealt with Jack who was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. Brought my first property with little knowledge of how the process worked Jack made this seamless and a more than pleasant experience. Any questions were answered more less straight away and always in a professional but friendly manner. I was updated on every step and kept informed with any changes. Working in a professional job myself I couldn’t fault the service that Jack, and his team provided. They were professional and super lovely people to speak to! They put other estate agents to shame to say the least, as Link Homes go that extra mile to make sure that everything runs smoothly and a buyer is found for your property.
