We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Link Homes from start to finish. Both buying and selling with them! The communication was outstanding throughout, we were always kept informed, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Jack in particular was brilliant. He answered every question we had promptly and, if he didn’t have the information straight away, he made sure to find out and come back to us quickly. That level of dedication and responsiveness made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The WhatsApp group they set up was such a great touch, it made communication easy, quick, and convenient, and we always felt supported. We were also blown away by the photos of our home. They were absolutely stunning! The whole team came over to get to know our house, and alongside the photos, Jack and the team really showcased it at its best. Over the years we have purchased 7 properties and sold 6 of them using different agents each time, always hoping that the next experience will be better than all of the previous ones. How we wish we had discovered Link Homes many years ago!! From the initial valuation, Hettie helped us to feel relaxed about the process even though we thought we knew the stressful times that awaited us. At the photo shoot we got to meet most of the Link Homes team who were all so cheerful, friendly and keen to make things work. Our house sold a week from going live! It then took 5 months to complete due to various issues within the chain but, throughout the whole process, Hettie kept us updated, liaised with other agents, chased solicitors and, on the surface at least, remained calm and efficient. We have never received that sort of service and commitment from any estate agent before. It meant the 5 months of waiting was actually nowhere near as stressful as it could have been. Without a doubt we will not be moving again ......... but, of course, when we do, we will head straight to Link Homes!! I should also add, the solicitor recommended by Hettie is cast from the same mold and kept on top of everything throughout.

Jack, Hettie, Ashley and Lauren wow what a team. My first phone call to the office was answered by Lauren who was so friendly and helpful and arranged a call back from Jack so quickly. We invited Jack to come to our home and give us a valuation his honest realistic opinion was given in a friendly, positive and professional way. Straight away we knew that Jack and his team had something special. It’s not just the property they take on it was us. We had pleasure to meet Hettie and Ashley too and I can honestly say that the team took on a professional friendly role in marketing our property. The photographs taken were of such high quality and showed the house of beautifully. We were updated all the time and viewings were handled so well. Marketing a home can be stressful but Jack and his team make things so much easier with the help and care they give to you looking after you as an individual rather than just your property. To sum up Jack and his team, refreshing, professional, friendly, caring, hardworking would come to mind. We actually felt that through the marketing of our property we had friends looking after everything and that really made a difference. The professional photography made all the difference and the brochure for my house was very impressive. We have just exchanged on our first home, with the continuous and brilliant support of Jack and the rest of the team at Link Homes Estate Agents. From booking the viewing through to exchange and agreeing the completion date, their approach was always understanding, down-to-earth, respectful (a rare quality in today’s housing market), honest, and fair. We plan to stay in our new home for many years, but if that ever changes, we wouldn’t even think of using another estate agency, especially after having so many viewings, calls, bookings, and email exchanges with other agents before finding them. If we needed someone who could masterfully juggle everything to get a deal over the line, while being responsible and dealing with every issue or query respectfully, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking back, I realised that our email exchanges with Jack alone came to almost 100 messages, and every single one was answered quickly, often within minutes (sometimes faster than if I’d called!). As I said on the day our offer was accepted, we are glad to be “indirectly” supporting them rather than any other estate agency. Many thanks to Link Homes, and especially Jack, for all the time, effort, and professionalism they showed throughout the process. It’s been truly appreciated.

We had had some really bad experiences with estate agents and we were realistically on our last legs with trying to purchase our own flat. We saw a property on right move and we went to view 2 properties, at this we were greeted by Hettie for Link Homes. From that first meeting I had a good feeling about this. We found our perfect first home and after telling Hettie our previous experiences she was very positive about this one.
