Can't speak highly enough of Loyd and the team at Link Homes. We initially used one of the largest agents in the area, who failed to organise many viewings or provide any sort of service to us. Link Homes couldn't be further from that! Loyd went above and beyond to organise high quality pictures and getting viewings booked around our working patterns carefully adhering to COVID regulations. When we eventually received offers he provided his genuine professional opinion to ensure we went with the right buyer and was in constant contact with us throughout the process to make it as painless as it could possibly be. Made our life so much easier and we are now finally in our new home, will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely professional service, we were completely satisfied with Jack from the very fiest minute. He dealt with our sale and purchase, answered all our queries and questions within 1 hour, even out of office times. We asked him to suggest surveyor, mortgage advisor and solicitor, and all of them were very good, quick responding and very good at tgeir job, so do not hesitate to ask Jack if you need any help to find good professionals. Well what can I say about Jack and Loyd at Link Homes that hasn't already been said in every other review? Well nothing really but to add to that they have been absolutely fantastic in the who process from start to finish! There was never anything too big or small that couldn't be sorted and quickly. If you are either buying or selling these are the guys to speak too! I can't thank them enough for the help and support throughout the whole process. If you want to sell then get these guys in. Lloyd was amazing from start to finish. We asked to view the property which he sorted out and made it easy for us as we had a distance to travel. Once we offered on the property he kept us in the loop at all times and chased the solicitors and seller for us in order that we could complete within the timescales we needed to. Jack sold our family home in Parkstone 3 years ago. When my mum died in February 2021, there was only one estate agent I considered going to, Jack from Link Homes. Jack knows about selling houses, but he knows far more than that. He understood that this bungalow was our family's home since 1974. He knew that it was the only home my disabled brother knew for the last 40 years. His sensitive dealing with all members of our family was beyond exceptional. It is very rare to find such a trustworthy and hard working estate agent. Jack deserves every single 5 star rating he gets. Our process through probate was far from straightforward but Jack was helpful, professional and nothing was ever too much bother. Jack is exceptional.. He's my absolute 'go to' Estate Agent.

We were recommended Linkhomes to sell our flat by a friend, who was also recommended them by one of their friends. In turn, we have carried on the good faith by recommending them to some more of our friends, who have just agreed to sell with these guys. I think that speaks for itself. But if it doesn't... I can't fault Lloyd or Jack. We not only sold our flat with them, but we ended up buying our next place with them too. Their communication with us throughout this whole process was 10/10 - which in this crazy market is amazing. They updated us every step and never went silent on us. They helped with any solicitor questions we had, and they did a lot of chasing to take any pressure off us. We just exchanged contracts yesterday so looking forward to the move. By the end of this process, Lloyd and Jack felt more like friends than just 'our estate agents'. Two very genuine, and nice guys with incredible work ethic. Jack Holland of Link Homes Estate Agents was recommended to me by a neighbour. We met at the property sometime before it was ready for sale and he said it was a very desirable property in an in-demand area and should sell very quickly From that point on, he made sure that everything was in place and ready to go the moment we decided to go to market. We prepared the flat for viewing and mutually agreed a price. The flat went on the market on the Wednesday. He showed potential buyers around on the Saturday and called me Monday with an offer. Asking price. Cash buyer. Solicitors were engaged and Jack was proactive from the word go. Prompting solicitors for responses and keeping me continuously up to date with the state of play. He pushed for an exchange date which the solicitors met and then a quick completion. My experience with Jack has been thoroughly stress free. I feel that he was eager to complete the deal. He is friendly, personable and the amount of contact with me via texts and emails was appropriate. I never had to ask him what was happening as he would always keep me up to date. Easily the best estate agents I have ever dealt with! Loyd is fantastic, organised, proactive, everything you could ask for in an estate agent. We have been so impressed with Jack and Lloyd who have helped us through every step of the selling process. They arranged two days of viewings and they both came and visited beforehand to ensure they were familiar with the house. They each took the time to sir down with us to go through any questions we had, and even gave us answers to ones we hadn’t thought of yet! As first-time sellers we were unsure of how things were done but through the time and care taken to ensure we were comfortable, and knew what to expect, any worries or concerns we had were soon put to rest. Jack and Lloyd’s passion for their customers really shines through in everything they do. Being able to message through text really helped as it meant we had quick responses to anything that occurred. They were understanding of our wishes to take a couple of months to find the right property to move to and they made sure our buyer’s expectations matched our own. When it came to setting an exchange date Jack was especially proactive at chasing outstanding paperwork from all involved. It was very reassuring to know that things were all under control! I don't know where to start with thanking Jack for selling our home so quickly to the perfect buyers. We were thinking of selling and Jack contacted me to say he had someone that he thought may be interested in our home so we said to go ahead and do a viewing with them - one viewing later and Jack had tied up a sale for us and now only 6 weeks later we are completing, without any of the hassle of going on the market. Jacks service from start to finish has been incredible, I never once had to chase Jack for an update, he was on the phone or emailing updates every other day to let me know what was going on and went above and beyond to ensure the sale went smoothly.
