What can we say, other than it's been one hell of a journey and we couldn't have asked for a better partner to undertake it with! Simply put, Katie Fox and her wonderful team are amazing. From day one they have communicated regularly, acted with complete professionalism and been absolutely dedicated to supporting the sale of our property. Their collective sense of humour isn't bad either! At times it's been frustrating, to the point that everything began falling apart in front of our eyes two days before exchange, and then pops up the dynamo that is Emma! When looking for an estate agent in the Poole area, its much like life, with so many possible options, some decisions can be poor, like choosing countrywide solicitors and some can be good, like choosing a professional team at a highliy rated local estate agency to sell your property. That said, I correctly made the latter decision in choosing leader fox, so save yourself the hunt and just do as i did and pop down to Ashley Cross to speak to the friendly and approchable team in their modern Commercial Road office. From a sales team that makes positive recommendations on marketing, financing and solicitors (which you should probably listen too) all the way through to weekly updates from their in house 'chaser' Stephanie who chased all parties every step of the way. A totally flawless experience, would do again 10/10, and when looking for a property when i next look in the area i know who i will be using. Hint, its leader fox. p.s. they even gave me a small hamper on completion from a lovely local company!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have had a fantastic service from Leaderfox starting with the early engagement from George during the valuation process and Ryan’s attention to detail with the superb photos for the marketing material. The viewings were professionally arranged and conducted by George and Katie, even during a challenging year with all the additional restrictions in place. After a disappointing fall through (totally outside of their control) the team kept positive and were able to secure another offer within a week which amazingly completed in 20 working days. Sometimes in life you come across a local business who happen to really care about their clients and genuinely want the best possible outcomes for them. We were fortunate enough to meet with Katie about a year before we decided to put our property on the market. Right from the start Katie was as professional as they come, and it was clear that she would always be on our side - and you can’t say that for too many other agents. The unique sales system used by LeaderFox caused a little initial scepticism, but if you trust it, it really does work!
