I recently sold my house through Katie Fox estate agents. From the valuation and marketing reccomendations the service has been excellent. I really wanted to feel impressed by the brochure and they succeeded with the best photos and details. This really helped attract potential purchasers and in a short time a buyer was found. The sale progressed and was carefully managed throughout until a successful exchange of contracts. All I can say is that I fully reccommend them.

The Katie Fox team are THE team you want when selling (and buying!) I bought my house through them in 2020 and they were so supportive and proactive - so they were the obvious choice when it came to selling the house. They were great with keeping me updated with viewings, questions, offers, and found me wonderful buyers, it was really important to me that the new owners were nice people as the house is really special to me. We found ourselves in a really tricky chain which added extra stress for everyone, but Emma, George, Katie, fought to get the sale and my onward purchase through. I cannot recommend the team enough and will be forever grateful to them.
