From the day of our first contact with Katie I felt that we as sellers were in very competent experienced and capable hands and subsequent dealings with her staff confirmed the feeling of a team working very well and effectively together. We had several hiccups as the sale progressed but the team were unfailingly approachable kind and understanding. In particular Jack provided much practical help and assistance and Emma the Sales Progressor worked extremely hard and well in keeping a chain together and in sorting out associated problems. It was so pleasant to deal with the team - when i dropped off the keys for completion and subsequently it felt more like a meeting of friends. It was a pleasant experience to enter the branch of Katie Fox, as it is so light, welcoming and comfortable. The staff were all very welcoming and able to facilitate the viewing and purchase of one of their properties. There were various hiccups (including the breakdown of our own sale) but Jack kept in close touch with the owners and ourselves until we were able to get another offer on our home. He has been very helpful in meeting a few requests we asked of him, one of which must have taken a good bit of navigation but his charm won the day! The Sales Progressor Emma has been outstanding in her commitment to getting us to the finish line. She has been so communicative with us from the beginning and when she said she woukd do something, she did! Very grateful to all.

Katie Fox handled the sale of the house I just bought, and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. We dealt mainly with Emma, who remarkably managed to help keep us sane throughout the process that was plagued by delays outside our control. Communication was excellent throughout, and Emma was particularly good at chasing the various solicitors and other parties to help move the process along. Despite the difficulties cropping up along the way, we found the team at Katie Fox outstanding. Something I've not experienced before was the way they had a person dedicated to consistently managing the sales process, which meant they were on top of everything. They also acted as a direct link between us and the vendors, which bypassed the old fashioned long winded way of asking every question via solicitors. This helped greatly as we were buying from someone who was in the southern hemisphere. They went out of their way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and are a lovely team. Not in the least bit like 'Estate Agents' - lol! I noticed the difference even when simply viewing properties. So much more professional. I would recommend them without hesitation, they cannot be faulted in their professionalism and passion for their job.

We had the pleasure of purchasing through Katie Fox and mostly dealt with Emma throughout the purchase. We also worked with George who was great and very helpful. This was one of the most difficult moves I have ever experienced in a very challenging market. However Emma was on the other end of the phone at all times giving constant updates, chasing the chain above and below and always going above and beyond. The estate agent we were selling with unfortunately was not as useful so Emma and the team helped with carrying the rest of the chain to get the sale through. George was really helpful on our first meeting and offered lots of good advice and an excellent evaluation, Emily did loads of weekend viewings and provided prompt and useful feedback and Stephanie was tenacious in dealing with the buyers and their solicitors. Their website is really useful as a seller as it's easy to see viewings and feedback, whilst the team always kept me updated via WhatsApp and email so I was always in the loop.
