Katie and the team at LeaderFox were exceptional in their approach and delivery to selling our investment property. As we are overseas we initially thought it would be a hard task to sell our house however LeaderFox proved otherwise. They have a very progressive way of operating and it’s so refreshing. The WhatsApp communication worked really well and meant we were well informed throughout the whole process. There were a few hold ups along the way however Katie and Steph kept us informed and gave us options so that we felt in control at all times. After many experiences with different agents, buying my new house with Leaderfox has been without a doubt the best service and experience I’ve had. Steph has gone above and beyond expectations and has been the sole reason that we’ve managed to get over many barriers. When things seemed impossible, Steph made them happen! The whole team are super friendly, professional and I really feel like they’re on my side which is so important when buying the biggest asset in your life. Highly recommend leader fox! They were extremely helpful with our move! Even when we hit a few bumps, they were on top of it, sorting issues asap for us! It was our first place together and Stephanie was very kind and helped with any queries we had through the process! Also the lovely lady who showed us around who I believe was either Irish or Welsh, was so kind and helped with figuring out different access points for the flat! I have let my flat through Ryan and his team for almost 10 years, it has been such a fantastic experience. Ryan looks after his landlords and tenants incredibly well. We're glad we chose a house through LeaderFox. From our first viewing with George he was polite and professional and at hand to provide any information and answer queries we had , also including a 2nd viewing at short notice when I contacted him. We also can't thank Stephanie enough for her help and guidance throughout the process, we were in a situation where our tenancy ended and there were complications with the solicitors side of things which slowed things down Stephanie was caring and sympathetic doing everything she could to get things moving and most importantly keeping in regular contact with us helping with advice and even resolving our storage situation. We got there in the end and moved in slightly earlier than we should have all thanks to Stephanie, we're now settled in our cosy new home and we couldn't be happier.
