Cannot recommend these guys enough! We went with them because we think they do the best listings (great pictures, 3D walk-arounds, etc) and we’ve always liked anyone we’ve met from the agency (George was our agent, he’s great!) but they were even better than expected! I love that you get a WhatsApp group chat with the team, the photographer was a really nice guy, they were transparent throughout and got a fair price for the property. We’ll be using them again one day!

We engaged Katie Fox to sell my Mothers flat. The presentation they made to us was very impressive and ,whilst the initial valuation proved to be optimistic, was reduced to a realistic level after a month or so . They marketed the property well , and we had a number of viewings , one of whom made an offer which we accepted . They kept us well informed throughout the process , and kept up the pressure on the buyer to move things along . All in all , we were very happy with the service provided to us and would recommend them to others looking to market property in the Poole area.

Katie and the team were excellent throughout the marketing and sale process. The property was marketed expertly, photography was superb and communication was clear throughout (The WhatsApp group really helped). Regular updates (on a Monday when on market, Tuesday when sale progressing) meant we were never left wondering what was happening. They worked brilliantly with our solicitors (Frettens) to make sure everything progressed as quickly as possible. They were also extremely proactive when we lost our buyer at exchange to keep the transaction together. We had another buyer lined up and ready within a week! Always on the end of the phone and a pleasure to deal with. There's no wonder their boards are everywhere in Branksome/Parkstone/Ashley Cross at the moment.
