From the initial meeting when a professional and enthusiastic approach to the prospective sale of our property was evident, through to the final completion day, Katie Fox and her team were fabulous. Unlike other agents, Katie seemed genuinely interested in the property and this was followed up with impressive marketing materials and a proactive approach to the viewing process. Where do I start? We didn’t have the best selling and buying experience due to sales falling through, Covid etc.. but I can say we had a great experience using Katiefox as our estate agents. They are legends! From start to finish they were there. George amazingly sold our house in a few hours- once, twice, three times! Stephanie, she is an absolute diamond and how she does her job and keeps sane I do not know. She deals with really rude people but remains so professional. She kept us sane!
