If there we a 6th star I would give it. Kyle Nichols at Austin Wyatt has been exceptional throughout the sale of our property in a challenging market. You’re often told there isn’t much difference between estate agents. Having worked with another agent before Kyle, I can say that the person looking after you makes an enormous difference. Kyle brought experience, deep knowledge of the market and a genuine commitment to achieving the best value for our home while moving the sale forward efficiently. He followed through on every promise. He was available when we needed him, proactive in keeping things moving and generous with his time. What particularly stood out was his willingness to help beyond the sale itself. He took a personal interest in our onward property plans and offered advice and assistance even where there was no commercial benefit to him. That says a great deal about the care he takes with his customers. Kyle clearly takes real pride in his profession. He earns his reputation by looking after people, delivering results and doing what he says he will do. We’ve felt that throughout our experience with him. Thank you, Kyle, for going above and beyond. I would recommend you without hesitation.

This amazing team sold my property quickly (in a matter of a few weeks) and smoothly, keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process even though I live hours away. We completed on the sale of our house yesterday. It was a bumpy ride as our empty house attracted the attention of a squatter who broke in on 4 seperate occasions. Throughout the entire process Kyle Nichols was exceptional. Kyle, my agent, was wonderful. From the initial meeting when he viewed the property I wanted to sell, he was enthusiastic, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended and I agree with that totally. He helped me navigate the whole process from putting the property on the market to completion. The whole journey was stressful to say the least but Kyle was always there to offer reassurance and calmness that everything would work out. He would always return my messages or phone calls even whilst he was on holiday! He was on the ball the whole time, constantly making phone calls and communicating with various solicitors some of whom were challenging and slow to progress. I was referred to the team by my sister in law when my father passed away. I can honestly say that the compassion, empathy and professionalism shown by Kyle & his team is second to none. They found a buyer within a week, before the property was even marketed. I never had any doubts that the home I spent my childhood in would be sold.
