GoogleKayleigh at Nexa has been incredibly helpful finding tenants for us. Great area knowledge and knows the market really well. Professional and approachable. Another classy touch is that she has also stayed in contact since we worked together and is always super helpful when we need advise and points us in the right direction. GoogleThe worst experience. I lost my credit score because of this company. They give our details to welsh water and other agencies and wont let us know how to pay the bills.and I dint get a peny of my deposit back after i left the property.dint expect this worst experience in the uk

GoogleAVOID IF YOU ARE A TENANT !!!! I rented out an apartment for professionals, we were given an online portal to contact them during our tenancy regarding any issues, but they were rarely answered or takes 2 months to fix a toilet. Young, uneducated staff, mostly work from home with no work ethics and professional behaviour. To get some paperwork, I had to go back and forth to the office and take a few days off. Use outdated images and videos to deceive clients instead of the current state of the properties, Terrible staff; AVOID !!! if you are a tenant. (My tenancy was handled by Laura Williams)

GoogleQuick, responsive, understanding and really helpful! It is the best agency I have ever seen in my experience with real estate’s agencies! After 8 out of 12 months we wanted to have a cat. Landlord and Kayleigh have been amazing and accepted us owning a cat and within a week Kayleigh managed to get us a new contract!

Great Experience! lovely man came to check up on our damp and mould problem. he was very kind and solved my issue completely. he left us some of his spray and fresh cloths so we could keep up with our problem if it ever arises again. thankyou very much. i didn’t capture his name but i know that he’s a very hard worker who deserves great success!! thankyou very much to the maintenance team!!

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this housing agency. Despite multiple requests, essential maintenance issues in my rental property were consistently ignored. This neglect led to significant inconvenience and discomfort. Communication with the agency was poor, and their lack of responsiveness and accountability was frustrating. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and professional property management.

GoogleThe worst renting experience iv ever had. House full of mold and damp and rotten wood. No one come out to sort anything for months and when they did it was couple of days before they knew we was moving home.

Used them as a letting agent to rent a new property but when I had to pull out of new property they held onto my holding deposit for ages, despite a replacement tenant being found in a matter of a week or so. Was promised a refund on 29/3/23 but only today (12/4/23), have I got my money back. All told they had my deposit for the best part of a month. In the intervening period, I was passed from pillar to post, being told that their systems were being updated and that landlords not prospective tenants were their first priority! What a cheek!Perhaps their systems were unavailable but what reputable business puts themselves in a position where they’re unable to pay their clients? You decide but I’ll never use them again, even if I find myself between a rock and a hard place. Never again.
