Amazing expirience renting from NEXA South Wales. And I would like to praise and thank Kayleigh Ashford for her absolute passion in the job she does. She was brilliant in her responses,fast,efficient and friendly. Organised property viewing, references checks and other bits that comes when looking for property to rent. Also to mention Rebekah Dello who was responsible for sending contracts,welcome pack,keys collection- all communications were so fast and efficient. Dreadful! Start off amazing to get you into a property but then fail to help resolve issues. Maintenence is appalling... 3 months to fix light in bathroom caused by a leak and small quick jobs over 3yrs not completed. House was riddled with damp and mould from faulty windows and poor upkeep of foundations but never sorted out despite being promised time and time again it would be. Do not recommend.

I cannot recommend Kayleigh enough at Nexa. From the very start she has taken so much care in making sure I had the right renters. Especially with this being my first time renting my property, she was extremely professional and reassuring through out. Just finished letting with NEXA and they were fab! There was a small dispute with my deposit for a light clean which delayed my deposit a little, but that was my fault and to be fair, everyone was communicative throughout. Always had a good experience with Rhi and Ian from the maintenance team and the admin girls were were always friendly when I came in for anything. Recommend.

House I moved into has issues and guess what, they don't care. Agent represents landlord. Who knows if they tell landlord. I have never in my life rented a place for only one year. This will be my first place for only one year, they trap you in good.. When my year is done, I will find another place and never use this place or fox landlord again. Disgusted. My whole life I have been best friends with landlords, this is the first time to be enemies. First for everything, I guess. I hate moving....

I recently used NEXA property letting agency to find a tenant for my property. I was very impressed with the service I received from Emma. She was extremely responsive, even after hours, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions. I was particularly impressed with how quickly Emma was able to find a tenant for my property. She had a tenant lined up within 24 hours of listing my property. Myself and my partner have been trying to move to Wales from East Sussex since April. It has been a very hard process but Kayleigh and Jazmin at Nexa have been beyond helpful. I wish they had more stars! 5 stars doesn’t do Nexa South Wales any justice! Honestly by far the most incredible service and they go above and beyond! Kayleigh Ashford has been absolutely incredible and loved working with her! Communication has been next level and service provided has been very thorough. Incredible presence on social media and also takes the most amazing photos of peoples property which I think makes a huge difference! Has such a lovely warm presence and brings amazing energy to her work ! Another huge shout out to kayleigh samuel! She has been super at getting everything sorted and ready for our tenants and has been an incredible asset to the NEXA team! Pros: - Easy to find a property and get the rental agreement sorted quickly. - Staff are nice, especially pink-haired Kayleigh she is a sweetheart and very helpful. - Renting with a cat been a breeze thanks to NEXA Cons: - Maintenance team aren't great. Mould issues and issue with stiff door been reported constantly for about 7 months at this point and not fixed - Maintenance team tried entering the house without notice! I was asleep and half naked as I was ill when they knocked (if they even did) so they tried keys?! - never recieved inventory for property despite trying to chase up multiple times, I think this wasn't ever done - we couldn't move in for about 5 days due to old tenant refusing to leave. House was in disgusting state, mould everywhere, pubic hair stuck to bathroom walls, foul smell. Took a lot of work to get it habitable sadly with little help from estate agent

Amazing letting service from NEXA, especially from Kayleigh who managed to let out my property on day 2, after going live! And with rent almost 20% higher than what I was hoping to fetch. NEXA has a great pool of qualified tenants. Apart from the efficiency in letting, what truly impresses me is the professionalism and great customer service from Kayleigh - speedy response and patience in explaining the proper process to me. Kayleigh is also a great communicator, timely passing on tenants’ comments and suggestions to me.
