I have lived at my property for a year and a half with a leak from bathroom into kitchen at rapid rate. Meaning I can bath in half the water and not shower at all. NEXA has recently taken over my the old agency and I cannot fault. I have just had Ian maintain around and he has fixed. He was an absolute star explained everything fully. Sometimes can be daunting allowing other into your safe space but was so smooth! Fixed even when the call out was only to look at the problem. Thank you millions Ian will definitely recommend to others. VERY HAPPY! Rhi is my property advisor and checked in at every step thanks guys!

Nexa south wales have been AMAZING letting agents since our first property we rented with them. We have just moved into our second Nexa property and there’s not enough words to say how grateful we are. Special mention to Kayleigh who is just amazing at what she does. Friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgable are just a few words to describe her. She managed to find us the most perfect family home within days of our tenancy coming to an end. If I could give more stars for the agency I would. From start to finish everything has been smooth sailing. I love how easy it is to report any issues/concerns through our own property portal. The team at Nexa are very easy to get hold of, communication has always been excellent. I could not recommend Nexa enough to any future tenants, buyers or sellers, you won’t be let down. For some reason estate agents don’t really have a great reputation. Luckily for me and for Nexa, Emma is not your typical estate agent! In my case she had to deal with squabbling siblings, lots of delays and money issues; I’m pretty sure most of these problems were WAY out of her job description, but she took them all in her stride. She dealt with everything that was thrown at her with warmth, efficiency and diplomacy. Most of all, She kept everyone informed as to what was going on so we never were left in the dark. She nudged things along when they needed nudging and encouraged with things weren’t going so well. I’ve no doubt Emma would make a great mum and is a great friend. Both of these qualities make for a VERY good estate agent. Ring her today. I’m glad I did.

Absolutely amazing letting agents, Best about actually the support is amense. Communication is fabulous each time I've had a problem its been solved very quickly. Nexa don't want to pay deposit money

When I entered the property it was dirty and I spoke to Ashley whom I dealt with, Ashley was very friendly, but then he left work and handover my case to Keighley who ignores phone calls and doesn't respond to any messages, When I moved out they didn't want to pay my deposit back I phone their office almost everyday and they would tell me that Keighley is the one dealing with your case, we can't help you because she is not around everyday, I spoke to the landlord who helped me for Keighley to respond to me, And now to find out they want to take all the deposit I paid, I paid £1000, And they refused to pay me a cent, They want me to pay a fee of redocoration, how when I entered the house was a mess, They charge me for the garden which was very dirt when I moved in, I understand for a few damages, but the rest is a bad experience, that I wish people must not go through, although desputed the case, it's reasonable to say they are a few small damages not for them to take the whole £1000, I only lived at the property for 8 months, yet they don't want to pay my deposit money

I recently purchased a property through Nexa and dealt with Ashley. Ashley was extreamly helpful throughout the transaction and nothing was too much trouble when arranging additional viewings and raising queries with the seller on my behalf. There were delays and issues during the transaction (not Nexa related), and Ashley's communication was excellent in assisting liason between the seller and I to help move things forward. My landlord has only recently switched to Nexa from another letting agent and my experience with them has been seamless. Bethan has been great with helping me get several issues sorted that we’re neglected by my last letting agent. Ian has also been brilliant; coming out to sort out any maintenance issues in good time and also when needed on a weekend. (Left a voicemail on the maintenance line in the morning and by half 12 he was here to fix the issue! On a Sunday!!) Both times he’s been out to me, he’s made sure he can do as much as possible before leaving, which is really appreciated. My experience thus far - so far, so good! I’m confident it’ll stay this way too.

I’m currently renting a property with Nexa for roughly 10 months & I’ve been happy with everything so far. Where I’m staying location wise is good for me being close to shops, work & public transport & any issues which I’ve had has been dealt with quickly, in my time so far my only issues had been faulty smoke alarms which were replaced the next day & id recently had an issue with the WIFI going off but id contacted Patricia & she resolved it within a few days responding to me during her days off. 👍🏻
