GoogleNEXAs maintenance team are fantastic, and respond quickly to any issues raised. In particular, Ian and David who have attended our property have done a brilliant job with rectifying any issues, no matter the nature. NEXA have outstanding customer service and resolve all issues promptly. Properties are maintained to a high standard and costs are kept to a minimum. We have rented with NEXA for the last four years. Thank you to the whole team for showing how tenants should be treated!

FacebookI recently tried to buy a flat from Nexa in Portsmouth from Sarah. I was offered to buy the freehold but later it transpired that the freehold also involved another flat a garage as well none of this was mentioned at the time of sale Complete and utter confusion and incompetence rather rude emails a waste of my time and two journeys and a mortgage survey booked I’ve never heard such flippancy and arrogance from Estate Agents and I’m experienced property developer avoid like the plague I do not believe the other reviews either my experience has been one of the worst in the industry after 20 years of property buying.

Disgusting smartalec touting for business using indefensible and manipulative language that he probably think is entrepeneurial. Morally bankrupt. Should never have been let out of his pram. This is one person on the make. Invasive. I've just blasted him with a phone message and he rang back to see if I wanted to discuss it. There would be no point in even trying to explain anything to someone calling themselves Joe Feast.

GoogleI have voiced my concerns multiple times to the company and get little to no effort to resolve problems I’m told actions will be taken yet nothing happens and when calling no one answers the phones I have to ring seven eight times just to get though to someone. Would not recommend due to the the poor management and zero problems being resolved and very unprofessional

GoogleRocket Residential responded to an e-mail of ours telling us we needed to move out in less than 24 hours due to another family moving in on the 1st of July. Despite describing our already made plans to move out on the 4th, they told us that unfortunately they could not do anything about it and that we needed to get out. This led to a very stressful day of rush packing and cleaning and having to make emergency arrangements with a friend in the area to stay with- which we are exceedingly lucky to have, otherwise we would have been homeless (with no hotels guaranteed to be taking guests). After all of this stress, we were then told that they somehow made a mistake and mixed us up with another house- absolutely unbelievable. An incredible amount of stress, fear and frustration all because someone could not read an e-mail or bother to look up who lived at our address. This has been almost the perfect send-off after years of botched attempts at stopping the woodlouse infestation, doing nothing about the slugs that came into our house and poorly organising builders (who would complain about each others work) to make a second bathroom (which was not even functional for months). Please be wary when letting with Rocket- If you have any issues over the weekend there is no given emergency maintenance number, so you're unfortunately completely out of luck. Several times was our toilet blocked and unusable for the entirety of the weekend with absolutely no help until the following Monday. All in all an unpleasant experience.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleViewed houses with my friends as my tenancy was coming to an end at my current house.They advertise they main focus is to look after students but they need to start looking after their houses as they are in a terrible state Would not give them one star if I could not help it
Hi Leona, I am sorry that you found our properties unacceptable on your viewings. We don't have any record of you viewing on our systems so could you please clarify which properties that you viewed so that we can look into it? We give tenants 24 hours notice to clean and tidy the properties in preparation for viewings so apologies again that they weren't up to the expected standard.
