GoogleThey could have had 5 star, but they started being dishonest when i moved out from a flat that they took over from a different agency while i was living there. I am still struggling to get an agreed bond back due to a 45 quid cleaning bill from them. They tried to take the 45 quid with total dishonesty and lack of transparency . Liam also said , my new place would be cleaned before i moved in. But no, I had to clean it all, and the old flat before i moved in there too. Nor did they care that there are rats there in the flat, walls and grounds even tho i got 2 very young kids that on occasion came around !!

FacebookFrom a chance encounter on a property Nexa was selling that we liked,we decided to sale ours through them too at the same time as buying that one, best decision we ever made, Neil's passion for the industry and work ethic is second to none, that they do things differently to others is even more impressive can not recommend them enough and do so whenever anyone asks me about it. If i decide to sale again in the future it's you guys i'll be coming to visit, you made my Wife super happy and made what is a very stressful time actually relaxing, Happy New Year to Neil and all in Nexa Properties.

FacebookNexa in a word - OUTSTANDING! From the moment we met Neil through selling our property with him to exchange and completion on our new house he was absolutely amazing. He was our only point of contact which was great as he kept us informed throuout the whole experience and was ready to answer all our questions and he did it promptly. I am sure we wouldn't be where we are now if it wasn't for him as he saved the chain we were in from falling apart several times. We can't praise you enough! We can't thank you enough!!!

GoogleNEXA is fraudulent! they hold on to your deposits and refuse to return it even after leaving the property better than you met it. stay away from NEXA properties, they work hand-in-hand with sneaky and dodgy landlords.

FacebookI would highly recommend Nexa properties if your thinking about moving home!! They kept us informed and up to date along the whole journey and made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease, not putting any pressure on us to make decisions and instead offered advice that best suited us personally within our situation. All staff are extremely friendly and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better company to support us in selling our home! I would most definately use them again.

FacebookNeil at Nexa done an amazing job selling my house. My property threw a few challenges at Neil in different ways, and he took it all in his stride and dealt with everything in the best possible way. I could not have asked for more. Competitively priced and received a service second to none, kept informed every step off the way and he was contactable at all times via phone text and email. Most off all he actually cares and made decisions that went in our favour and made his job harder. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Thanks a lot Neil we appreciate everything.

Please do not rent from this company, especially if you are a young person. If you are already renting from them, when you do eventually move out of one of their houses, dispute the money they want to take from your bond. They will try to take it all!!

GoogleWe have been requesting for more than two months to get our toilet fixed and still it does not work at all. The plumber said that the flushing mechanism should be replaced which costs no more than 15£ but they won't do it or at least inform us why it is taking them so long.

GoogleMoved from Scotland and Nexa SW let a property in mid winter to a young family with a baby with no heating or electricity. Had to spend 5 days in emergency accommodation getting British gas to reconnect the power. Then have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get their maintenence departments to resolve several leaks and remove rubbish from previous tenant. AVOIDNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
