He has also let two other properties that I have at competitive rates. He also advised my on items at would improve the rental value. Very happy to be with Nexa.

GoogleDon't get involved with this company they are con artists charge you £300 admin they do no checks then turn round and tell you that you can't have the house then refuse to give you your money back may as will just rip up your money rather than trust these jokers staff are rude arrogant AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

FacebookAbsolutely amazing experience from the very outset couldn’t fault Neil in anyway. He found us tenants within a week but more importantly good tenants. After dealing with many estate agents I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nexa will definetly take over the estate agent industry, you just don’t find this kind of service side by side with success anywhere else.

GoogleGreat service and student accommodation by Rocket! They were extremely reliable and honest. I lived in multiple student properties with them and the standard of student rooms to weekly rent (including bills) is by far the best in the area. Rob helped me massively throughout my time living in Treforest and I would recommend them highly to anyone

GoogleI've just started a new tenancy with Rocket - Throughout they have been incredibly professional and helpful. The Customer Service and communication is excellent. Every person I have spoken to at Rocket or acting on their behalf has proactively given information other "less reputable" agents would neglect to mention unless asked. I would highly recommend them to anyone

GoogleAvoid. Slow service, unclear communication and not doing things when they are supposed to. Couldn't let my houses despite them being overconfident. Kayleigh in particular is rude and can't handle simple questions. I ended up kicking them off all the properties I gave them to tenant find.
